Rosin Wax is a new sizing agent in paper pulp making. It works both as the sizing rosin but also as the emulsified wax sizing agent with the special water resistance. At the same time this sizing agent contains the synthetic polymer emulsion showing a good result of sizing. It is an excellent sizing agent that can improve the quality of paper. Rosin wax contains a large proportion of paraffin. The paraffin and rosin have good compatibility to each other. Paraffin can also help rosin to be fully dispersed and at the same paraffin attaches to the fiber surface. Therefore it improves the sizing effect, water resistance, gloss, and flexibility of paper.

User’s guide
1. This product is applicable for bright paper pulp in sizing to letterpress printing paper, notebook paper, cement sack paper, paper postal items and fruit bag paper.
2. This product is generally amount to 1-2% (relative to oven dry pulp weight). The dosage of aluminum sulfate is up to 2-4 times as rosin wax. The consumption of sizing agents and aluminum sulfate and their ratio can be appropriately adjusted by the manufacturer based on different kinds of pulp, pulp temperature, water quality, beating degree of the actual situation.
Packing and Storage
1. This product is packaged in plastic barrels, 50 or 200 kg / barrel.
2. Stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse. The temperature is 0-35 ℃. The optimum storage temperature 0-25 ℃.
3. Durability is 3 months.
4. This product is a non-toxic, non-inflammable and non-corrosive product.
