Functional role
Cationic rosin has its own positive charge and self-attached to the pulp, thus the demand for aluminum sulfate greatly reduced. It can be used in a wide range of PH value and near neutral (5.5 ~ 6.5), while under this conditions CaCO3 can be used as filler. With less rosin, the durability and strength of paper will be greatly improved. And also the load of discharge of pollution to water and equipment corrosion will be reduced. It is true especially for the copper network and blankets with little pollution and little bubbles. Having no difficulty in sizing in summer and also it helps to increase the stability of paper machine operation.

User’s guide
1. The best procedure for sizing is reverse sizing, that is, to apply aluminum sulfate first, then directly use the cationic rosin or have it diluted with water to the concentration of 2 ~ 3%.
2. It is recommended to add cationic rosin at the in–take point and keep the material flow continuously before the red pump by using a metering pump.
3. The PH value for sizing must be controlled between 5.5 ~ 6.5.
Packaging and preservation
1. It is packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic drum or to order.
2. Should avoid contact with concentrated alkali, placed in dry, ventilated, cool place, anti-exposure, anti-freeze.
